How to make it :
- black glutinous rice or glutinous white rice, coconut and palm sugar mixed.
- then the material has been incorporated into pa'rangeang mixed in one container pa'rangeang, just with a single transplant dough, after it burned in dapo’ for five minutes.
- once cooked, can be lifted and taken using a pick and then placed above pattapi’ dange and ready to put into the box coated leaves for sale.
NB : Dange maker's first Pangkep Segeri is precisely in the stalls of Sabah. the shop's name comes from Malaysia, which is the seller's residence or place of dange was raised, but it is the seller dange indigenous Indonesian.
